Cancellation & Shipping

Returns & Refunds:

• Frontier Biscuit Factory Pvt. Ltd. does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Frontier Biscuit Factory Pvt. Ltd.
• All product and shipping related concerns will be entertained within 24 hours of delivery only.
• Pictures of concerned is must.
• All email should marked to connect@frontierbiscuit.com. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• If approved, then your refund will be processedwithin 10-15 working days.

• Cancellation is allowed till the time order is shipped from our warehouse and you will get full refund within 10-15 working days.
• Once order process for dispatch, cancellation will not be allowed.

• We will ship our products within 3-7 working days on receipt of order our website. We will dispatch our products using available courier service for the delivery address. All our products are quality checked and packaged properly so as to products don’t get damaged during transit.
• Shipping Details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be sole responsibility of customer only.
• Shipping charges and/or Cash on Delivery charges extra.
Free shipping on prepaid orders worth Rs. 500/- and above. Cash on delivery (COD) charges extra on all COD orders.
